Had a lovely day with the family, hunting and finding our very first
letterboxes! First we found the 2 Bay of Bristol boxes in Colt State Park,
Bristol, RI...then on our way home Nora (age 2) was still awake so we took a
little detour to Seekonk in search of Soaring Willows. All searches were
successful! All of the boxes were in good shape. We did forget to write
the date in Soaring Willows, and surprisingly, nobody had been there since
April..except the mosquitos, that is.
Just FYI, regarding Colt State Park, there is no longer an admission fee to
enter the park, so we actually drove into the park and saved quite a bit of
walking...important when said 30-pound 2 year old is riding on Daddy's
shoulders!
Thanks again ...
Ann in MA

Hi, Ann! I am glad you had a successful hunt! I wish there were more boxes
here in WI, but I will hunt when I go on trips, too. Mona

truly is fun. It seems like every day more are posted, so maybe it will
catch on there, too.
Thanks again for starting us on this madness...:)
